Your first appointment will consist of an initial assessment and treatment. As well as making a full physical assessment we will evaluate your lifestyle and other factors that may be contributing to the condition. This will allow us to create a treatment plan, including a home exercise programme which will constantly be reviewed and updated over the course of treatment.
